This will help their body clock transition to the new time and help their circadian rhythm learn as well! Is it Daylight Savings Time and your child out of bed time is 7:00am but they are waking up at 6:00am? Using an Okay to Wake Clock, will help keep your child in bed until designated out of bed time.
